Leading Companies in Corporate Social Responsibility (CR Magazine 2013)

Here is a summary of some of the leading companies for 2013 as determined by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. AT&T took top honors on the list of 100 Best Corporate Citizens followed by Mattel, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eaton, Intel, Gap, Hasbro, Merck, Campbell Soup Co. and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Although not in the top 10, the magazine ranked Johnson Controls as the best company in the environment category, followed by IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Sprint-Nextel and Advanced Micro Devices.

The top-ranked company for climate-change efforts was UPS, which was 24th overall, followed by Exelon (99th), PepsiCo (43rd), IBM (11th) and Spectra Energy Corp (13th).
