Event - Blue Dot Telephone Town Hall with David Suzuki

This event will take place on Sunday, November 30, 2014 1 p.m. Pacific /4 p.m. Eastern. This fall, David Suzuki traveled coast to coast asking Canadians to stand with him to help protect our right to a healthy environment. The right to breathe fresh air, drink clean water and eat healthy food is recognized by more than 110 nations — but not Canada. Although the Blue Dot Tour has ended, work to gain legal recognition of every Canadian’s right to a healthy environment continues.

Join this telephone town hall to hear about Dr. Suzuki’s experiences on the tour, community efforts to bring about change, and how legal recognition for the right to a healthy environment can make a difference.
