This film is called "Last Hours" it is the 2nd film in the Green World Rising Series. It describes a science-based climate scenario where a tipping point to runaway climate change is triggered by massive releases of methane. Currently vast quantities of methane are frozen underground, but as the world warms it could be released and this could push us beyond dangerous tipping points from which we could not recover.
