Course - Sustainability in Project Management Practices (SiPMP)

Sustainability in Project Management Practices (SiPMP)will take place on Tuesday September 17, 2013, in Toronto, Ontario. Risks are always a concern if they could impact the successful operation and deployment of a project. Project Managers are expected to proactively identify these risks, and plan solutions which have little or no impact on the projects success.

The SiPMP course will enable Project Managers and Coordinators to identify sustainability risks, how to better understand the metrics associated with them, and integrate these while managing projects. This lesson will cover Sustainable: Planning, Project Risk, Management, Operational Practices, Service Level Agreements and more.
