Miller discusses the fact that as a slow moving and seemingly invisible threat humans are not evolutionarily programed to respond to climate change. Miller goes on to discuss a Fee and Dividend approach as a model for solving the climate crisis. This approach inspires innovation and will help usher in a new energy economy.
